Light crept swiftly through the forest, avoiding the trees and spreading across the forest floor.A young female wolf sneaked silently across the ground nose on ground with it's light capturing shadow behind it.The wolf stopped quickly lifting it's head upwards. Her eyes captured sight of the animals that made the scent which filled her nostrils. It was a herd of deer.

Neovali watched as the two wolfs stared at each other in a trance. She looked up at the light beaming down beetween the trees. She swerved trying not to step into the light. She plucked up her ears and sniffed as the smell of deer wafted around her. She looked at the other to wolfs quickly and swiftly then ran after the herd of deers taking no second chances.
She sat down and tore pieces of the deer off. It had been a slow doh she had caught and was enjoying it as she chewed and chewed the life of the deer and shredded it into a million pieces.

Alilya was a white female wolf, with light yellow eyes, almost of a cream color. She lifted her head and scented the air, and smelled the other wolves coming. Then she saw that one of te wolves must be hunting. She would volunteer to help, but the wolf was a stranger, and she wasn't even hungry. She lazily laid down under the shade of a tree, and watched with interest about the "wild goose chase" that was about to happen.

A young female wolf pup, dotted with black specks was dropped in a bush, near the creek. The wolf pup, everyone thought, looked strange. The mother (very tired of hearing insults of her pup) was abandoning her pup. The mother had 3 very pretty pups-all white with shiny blue eyes. The next morning, the pup woke up, yawning, and and looked up to find her mother to nurse. To her suprise, her mother was not there. The pup yipped and stood up. She wobbled and toppled over. On her second try she managed to balance (in a unwolf like way) with her two front paws forward and one back paw also forward. She used her back paw to balance back there. When the pup tried to walk, she obviously fell. This time (thinking of her mother) the pup stood up- like a normal wolf, and took a step forward, then another. Very soon the pup was running around (and had forgotten about mother) when a little black pup walked out of the bushes with his snout held high in the air. He took a second to glance around and saw the pup. "Ha, Speckles! I've never seen a wolf look like that before!" He said. The pup, astounded of the other pups rudeness, bounded off. But from there on she called herself Speckles...

The wind echoed, and a eerie glow was cast around the wolf. The others gasped. He is the one.
Uroon stepped carefully onto the wet grass. His paws sunk in. The strong scent of deer filled his nostrils, and he crouched as low as he could to avoid being seen. His ears pricked forward. His tail twitched. His first hunt, and one had spotted him- already. He loped out of the tall grass. A doh with a scar on her back. That drew Uroon's attention. He leaped onto her back, but she mannaged to throw him off though. He raised himself to his paws. He shook the dust wetness of of his white fur. The doh was darting away. He bounded after her. He raced next to her side, and threw his paw at the doh. Blood spurted out of the wound. She tripped. Dinner was served. Ovak, Alarn, Whisk, and Hoke loped towards him.

aurora stepped out from the shade of the trees, her jet black pelt catches the light immediately as she cautiously walks toward the scent of deer. Her tail twitches as the scent of other wolfs she had never smelled around this part brushes past her snout. But her stomach growled and she knew it may be a risk that she will have to take. She made her way through the long grass and large vegetation in silence not making the slightest sound. Once she was in striking distance from the herd, she lowered her body to the ground and leap out of the grass like a bullet, racing toward them. She saw a injured doh just keeping up with the herd and than she knew the hunt was on. Within a couple seconds she was only a foot away from the doh, she used the last of her energy and toke large strides. She leaped up into the air landing on the dohs back. She struggled to get a grip, as she held on tightlywith her sharp teeth to the dohs back. She used her weight and pulled and leaned to one side. The doh trips over its own feet and tumbles to a stop. Aurora sat beside the kill panting, waiting for spirit, ice and shadow to arrive. Seeing them come to her side and greet her before diging into the carcass.

Aramis the pine marten watched the whole escapade from the top most branches of a pine tree, his black eyes staring out from the peridot green foliage. The dexterous mustelid clambered down the tree trunk, using his claws to retain a good grip to ensure that he did not fall. Then he swiftly leapt to a lower branch and sat there, looking down at the ground and the party of wolves that had gathered there. His eyes fell upon the herd of deer that could be seen through the undergrowth and then he glanced at the wolves with curiosity and a little envy. "Fortunate fellows... To be able to hunt such large and defensive prey. Very fortunate indeed... Ah, whilst I have to sustain with the smaller and less interesting prey" The pine marten mused as a slight shadow passed across his dark eyes.
